Offerings by Third-Party Sellers ("Third-Party Offerings"): We also provide a platform for approved Third-Party Sellers to list and sell their own products and professional services (such as numerology consultations). These offerings are identified as being sold by the specific Third-Party Seller. For these transactions, Lifeved is not the seller; we are an intermediary platform.

Your rights and responsibilities depend on who the seller is:

A. Purchasing Lifeved Products: The sales contract is with Lifeved. Our official S hipping Policy Return and Exchange Policy and Refund Policy will apply. We are responsible for the customer service for these products.
B. Purchasing Third-Party Offerings: The sales contract is exclusively between you and the Third-Party Seller. Lifeved is not a party to this contract and is not responsible for the quality, fulfillment, policies, or customer service related to these Offerings.

6. Obligations for Third-Party Sellers

All Third-Party Sellers agree to provide accurate information, fulfill orders professionally, comply with all laws, and be solely responsible for all customer service and disputes related to their Offerings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site owned by Lifeved is our exclusive property. All content uploaded by Third-Party Sellers remains their property, but they grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of any Lifeved Products you bought directly from us. We have no liability whatsoever for any aspect of Third-Party Offerings or your interactions with Third-Party Sellers.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or your interactions with Third-Party Sellers.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
